Fresh Herbs and Edible Flowers

Nevada Naturales is a business based in Andalucia. We grow all our herbs and edible flowers organically, without the use of chemicals, artificial fertilisers and insecticides. Our herb farm is located above the spa village of Lanjaron in the picturesque foothills of the Sierra Nevada, southern Spain. Our herbs and flowers are grown on terraces first constructed by the Moors some 1200 years ago and fed by the snow melt  from the Sierra Nevada mountains. We use only natural fertilisers such as sea-weed and comfrey. Our pest control is natural, using diatomaceous earth and of course weeding by hand!

Many of the herbs and flowers grown by Nevada Naturales are available year round, such as Rosemary, Thyme and Sage while others are more seasonal such as Coriander , Dill and Basil, although due to our location our season is long, so the herbs can be available for up to 10 months of the year.

All Nevada Naturales herbs and flowers are cut on the day of delivery – no hanging around in wholesaler warehouses – and delivered to you in water in chilled boxes, to ensure your herbs and  flowers arrive in the best condition.
