Enjoy a walk in La Alpujarra and discover the abundant wild herbs and flowers of the area.

The walk is over rough terrain so please ensure you wear suitable shoes. Sandals and flip-flips are not adequate.

A refreshment stop is provided, but please bring a small bottle of water, and suncream.

Itinerary

09.45 Meet at the Tourist office in Lanjarón.

10.00 Walk above Lanjarón to our home, Cortijo de Sueños, stopping to identify native flowers and herbs and a refreshment break.

12.30 Tour of herb farm & introduction to growing & using herbs.

13.30 Lunch – including drinks.

14.30 Making herbal preparations.

16.00 Return walk to Lanjarón.
